Our Story
It all started in Philadelphia with a challenge to hone my craft in baking.
When circumstances in life changed, Chef Ben-Gad embarked on a quest that quickly became a passion.
From savory cooking, to pizza, the art of baking sourdough bread with using only few simple ingredients
provided a challenge. Changes in life provided a change in lifestyle so Baking great, healthy, and nutritious bread in our cottage bakery
was the answer. Enjoy our artisan loaves, the taste that will change your life.

Only Fresh Ingredients
Continuously honing his skill, Chef Gad uses only fresh, local, and responsibly sourced ingredients for our breads, cakes, and pastries. Our breads have only three ingredients: Flour, water, and sea salt.
