Ben-Gad Baking Company started as a response to the changing world events of 2020, revealing a true passion. Being the result of many years of honing a craft, Sourdough bread was the result. As an industry professional since 1986, Chef Ben Gad has worked in the food service industry since 1986 working every trade in the business. "My journey through the food service business has been extensive. I have experience at every level of food service: dishwasher, busboy, runner, waiter, banquet server, bartender, sommelier, cook, sous chef, private chef, personal chef, catering, executive chef, and management. At times, life may seem chaotic and disorganized, but it all leads to a bigger picture and always greater things. Seize the day!"

Our goal is to provide the freshest and best products of simple ingredients using Old World techniques in the California-style kitchen. Our aim is to bring German-style cakes, pastries, and sourdough products to the local market and to provide healthy alternatives to the customer that not only is enjoyable but tasty for the eyes and mouth.
